A single room,
a single standard.
Burrow is a one-person operation run out of a climate-controlled spare bedroom in Portland, Oregon. No mass production. No shipped-before-weaned shortcuts. Every animal leaves at 8 weeks minimum, having been handled for at least 15 minutes every single day.
We track coat genetics across every litter, maintain vet partnerships for health checks, and stay in contact with every family we've ever placed with. This is a small practice run with obsessive care.
Climate-Controlled
Nursery held at 68–72°F year-round. No drafts, no direct sun, no temperature swings.
Daily Handling
Every pup is held for 15+ minutes from day 7. They arrive knowing human hands mean safety.
Fresh Diet
Unlimited Timothy hay, daily fresh greens, species-appropriate pellets — no seed mixes.
Vet-Partnered
Every litter is checked by Dr. Aiko Sato at Eastside Exotic Clinic before leaving Burrow.
